ewsdocker Debian-based Container Layout

Beginning with ewsdocker/debian-base:3.0.8, all ewsdocker debian-based images share a common structure, making it easier to create a single run-time script to create/start any ewsdocker/debian container, either through individual container scripts and/or Debian Mate/LXDE/Gnome/Xfce-4 desktop files.

The common structure also provides a base for shared files, libraries and container binaries.
