About the App

'ORT' is a web-app that will enable teachers, parents and students to monitor and access school experiences that include grades, messages, photo galleries, an adjusted personal study program to each student. each child is treated by the organization and his various staff. This app is here to let the parents/teachers get information about student's process.

Install

Mobile users need to download the application. This is a web application and nothing need to be installed.

Users

There are 4 types of users in the systems , each one has diffrent access and clearance.

  • Administrator
  • Students
  • Teachers
  • Parents

How to work with the app?

Sign-up:

Individual Sign-up is not possible. Only the administrator can add or remove users.

Sign-in:

Every user get his password and user name from the administrator.Fill user name and password and press on the 'Login' button. Password must contain at least 6 letters

Logout:

Pressing on 'Logout' will move the user to the Login page, and the user will be need to login in the next entrance.

Administrator - Home Page :

  • When the administrator logs on to the home page, he or she will enter to "New user" fill-in form.
  • The administrator has the option to enter the "home page of the administrator" by pressing the button in the shape of house. He'll see nav-bar With the options:
    • "User Management" - List all existing users in the system and their data. There is also the option of deleting users
    • " Manage certificates" - Writing and deleting a parent confirmation message
    • " Messages" - Writing and deleting a messages

parent- Home Page :

When the parent logs on to the home page, He'll see nav-bar With the options:

  • "Approvals" - (Certificates to sign) - Viewing messages and clicking the check box confirms or not confirms
  • "Messages" - Viewing messages

techer- Home Page :

  • "uploading files" - Uploading photos to a gallery
  • "Write messages" - Writing and deleting a messages
  • "Writing certificates" - Writing and deleting a parent confirmation message
  • "View signed certificates" - Viewing messages status
  • "Uploading a personal program" - Uploading a customized time system for each student

student- Home Page :

  • "Who am I" :
    • Select professions from the list of Courses
    • Select a sentence from the list of sentences
    • Strength selection
    • View the questionnaire results
  • "Personal Plan" - Viewing Schedule
  • "Assessment and measurement" -
