Type: Gambit Modifier (Proactive)
Circumstance: You make a Struction gambit to create a ramp, scaffolding, or similar structure to facilitate entry to a building or structure at a spot not normally accessible
Effort Cost: 1
Effect: The Gambit is Controlled and Powerful
Type: Gambit Modifier (Reactive)
Circumstance: You or an ally make a gambit (using any Art) to intimidate someone
Uses/Cooldown: 1/Episode
Effect: Treat the outcome as one category better than the roll (Critical Fumble becomes normal Fumble, Fumble becomes normal Success, Success becomes Critical Success)
Type: Passive
Effect: You always have +1 Boon on Gambits to destroy obstacles (such as doors)

Effect: You can glean the following pieces of information about the visible parts of a building or other structure without a roll:
- Any structural weak-points
- The approximate age of the construction, as well as whether any parts were added or replaced more recently
- The approximate thickness of any wall, floor, or ceiling, and any hollowed out or similarly altered segments
Type: Downtime Activity
Success: Treat the quality of your downtime accommodations as one tier higher. If it is already a luxury accommodation, the party (re)gains 1 Eunoia.
Special: This activity should be resolved before allies' downtime activities, as it affects their rolls
Type: Downtime Activity
Effect: When you select this ability, create a clock of 4, 6, or 8 segments, representing your project constructing a base of operations for the party. Each time you succeed on this activity but at most once per arc, mark off one segment. When the clock is complete, the base is usable for downtime with quality corresponding to the clock size (4 for modest, 6 for standard, 8 for luxury), but must be maintained at a rate corresponding to the cost of downtime at its quality tier once per arc. Additionally, each time it is used, roll Struction with Opposition equal to the number of times the party has used the dwelling this arc. On a failed roll something breaks and the base cannot be used again until it is repaired by taking this downtime activity during downtime spent in other accommodations.
