  1. Starting the database

2.setting the environment in second terminal and checking IP address

3.hostname

4.Running "netmgr" command

5.clicking on + sign on local and then click on Listners

6.Clicking on + sign on left, Giving listner name adding address

7.Giving SID Name and Global database name as prod

8.Going to file and do Save network configuration

9.Starting the Listner

10.Creating TNS Go to file and svae network configuration

  1. To check if tns is working or not
