Further Improvements that could be done in no particular order:

• Switch to Motors with metal gears and shaft
• Increase clearance of wheel brackets.
• Replace one variable DC/DC with a with fixed output voltage DC/DC of 5 V.
• Make PCB with DC/DCs, switches and screw terminals/connectors for cables.
