Description

The pathway visualization tool gets pathway images from the wikipathways service and shows them on screen. You can use it to compare genes from pathways with genes from VCF files. It'll show the affected genes in colors based on the impact.

Usage

To test it, follow these steps

• Upload a VCF file with an EFF (effect) field inside the INFO column.
• Go the the WikiPathways tab in the menu bar
