Notes
The clips of this movie in mixtapes have neither English dubbing nor English subtitles. Instead, it appears the characters are speaking some form of Chinese, and there are large white Korean subtitles at the bottom of the screen. People familiar enough with the story of Hokuto No Ken (from its manga or anime forms) recognize the main character who draws his power from the seven stars of the big dipper, as well as some of the villains and allies.
The Wu-Tang Collection Youtube channel has this movie listed as simply "Fist of The North Star."
It appears things are more complex than that, according to a fan wiki.
This page says there were two FotNS movies made in Taiwan. The first is known as "Super Peitou Fist" IMDb akas, HKMdb.
The second is known in English as "Saint Seiya", unhelpfully, but the Chinese "北斗新拳" at least sounds more like the source title "北斗の拳" and is pronounced/transliterated as "Hokuto Shin Ken". Why care about a sequel to something we already know so little about?
The answer is ... because the mixtape clips are FROM THE SEQUEL.
You won't recognize any of the screenshots from the first movie.
You will recognize screenshots from the second movie.
