Needed of a shim for libgui, libutils,libskia needed to be haxed to use updated icu functions, and some blobs needed to be taken from sanders.

Only video recording doesnt work now

Fingerprint doesnt work because somehow [email protected] is missing

FIX: Take [email protected] from 8.1 system/lib and place it into vendor/lib fingerprint will work then , this is needed because on p only the 64bit variant is included and our fingerprint hals/blobs are 32bit

• 3.5mm audio jack
