How to load source date with partial dates.

If user specifies only year (YYYY) - date will be shown as ‘’01-01-YYYY’ How to load date without day:- if you want upload dates with DD/MMM/YYYY (or DD/MMM/YY )please use format YYYY/MM (can be changed for whole column in Excel):
