Refund via WooCommerce Order Management

After successful payment with final order status Processing, orders can be refunded via Crédit Agricole using the WooCommerce order management.

  1. In your WooCommerce admin interface, click Orders.

  2. Select the desired order. Note: You can only select orders with status Processing.

  3. Click Refund:
    RefundOrder

  4. A list of all paid items is displayed. Here, you can change the quantity for each product:
    PartialRefund

  5. For online refund via Crédit Agricole, click on the corresponding button.

After successful online refund, the order should be marked as Refunded and added to the transaction table on the Crédit Agricole Payment Gateway page.
