Brief description

Taxonomy vocabulary "Consultation" to structure information about formal Departmental consultation activities. Consultations can have substantive web content and can use all of the available componentry.

Consultations are typically used in conjunction with submissions, the content type used to publish submissions received as part of consultation.


Detailed description

To view the list of existing taxonomy terms for "Consultation" vocabulary, go to "Structure > Taxonomy > Consultation" (/admin/structure/taxonomy/manage/consultation/overview).

Click "Add term" to add new consultation or click "Edit" to edit one of the existing consultation in the vocabulary.

The "Consultation" vocabulary has the following fields:

  • Name : Name of the consultation.
  • Description : Short description about the consultation.
  • Image: Image for the consultation page.
  • Components: A set of paragraphs for the main content of the consultation page.
  • Start date: Start date of the consultation.
  • End date: End date of the consultation.
  • Summary: Summary content for the consultation page.
  • Thumbnail: Thumbnail image when displayed in a list.
  • CTA: The “Read More” link text when displayed in a list.
  • Search Exclude : Exclude this consultation from the search results.
  • Sticky at top of lists: Promote this consultation to top of lists.
  • Meta tags: Add meta tags information for this consultation page.
