Submissions are formal submissions received by the Department as part of formal consultation activities. Individual submissions are published as web content, and can have associated attachment downloads. Submissions are associated with a single consultation. Submissions are high-volume, one-off content. They do not have image thumbnails, and the submission author is a free text field rather than an entity reference.
