Brief description
Structures web content about projects. Projects are typically activities undertaken for a specific purpose, that have a defined scope, time period, etc. Projects are often undertaken as part of programs of work.
Detailed description
Content editors and site admins can add the project from "Content > Add content > Project" (/node/add/project).
The "Project" content type has the following fields:
- Key information
- Title : Title of the project.
- Description : Short description about the project.
- Summary: Summary content of the project.
- Project ID: This will not be shown publicly.
- Project Dates: Start and end dates of the project.
- Financial year approved: The financial year the project was approved.
- Funding: Amount of funding for this project.
- Thumbnail : The thumbnail image when displayed in a list.
- CTA : The “Read More” link text when displayed in a list.
- Display Location: This location will be displayed on the sidebar as a map and being used on display location feeds.
- Content
- Impact statement: Short statement about the impact of the project.
- Components : A set of components for the main content of the project page.
- Sidebar Components: A set of components for the sidebar of the project page.
- Classification
- Temporal Range: Time period that this content relates to
- Start Date
- End Date
- Themes : Theme to categorise the project.
- Programs : Program to categorise the project.
- Legislation : Legislation to categorise the project.
- Regions : Region to categorise the project.
- Audiences : Audience to categorise the project.
- Lead organisation: Lead organisation for this project.
- Relevant Parties : Party to categorise the project.
- Associated With : Functions associated with the project.
- Tags : Tag to categorise the project.
- Temporal Range: Time period that this content relates to
- Publication information
- Published date : Published date of the project.
- Updated date : Last updated date of the project.
- Status : Status of the project.
- Superseded by : Superseded by other project.
- Meta Tags : Meta tags information for this project page.
- Advanced Presentation Settings
- Search Exclude : Exclude this project from search results.
The project page will also have a “Resources” listing under the components in the main content area. It will automatically list resources that have a relationship with this project. The resources will be displayed in Teaser view mode with pagination at the bottom (12 per page).
