Laser Cutting Fabrication Submission Process

To submit a file for cutting to the CLTs on campus, follow the below process

  1. Coordinate with Chris to drop off material at a designated location along with an extra sheet and bag. (All materials should be labeled with name and project name. The extra sheet will only be used in case a technical problem happens with the machine. A bag will be used to collect the pieces of your project). The student must take a picture as confirmation.

  2. Students fill out the Prep File Project Submission Form

  3. CLT checks files and schedule > Approve/Deny > Sent email to confirm to the student confirming scheduled time to fabricate model and pick up time/location

  4. CLT fabricates submitted project > drop it off on designated location

  5. Student picks up project
