I use Theta to set limits. The relevant code is in the fatjet_theta GitHub repository.

Problems

Unfortunately, Theta uses the same morphing algorithm for every supplied parameter (except explicit normalization). This prevents me from using it for accurate marginalization. I'm attempting to use BAT instead.
