First time setup - install GCC with MinGW

• Download vscode' or any other IDE that you preffer.
• Follow the guide C/C++ for Visual Studio Code to download and install gcc.
• Follow the guide Using GCC with MinGW, and add a debugger to your environment.

First time setup - install git

• download git
• Follow the user guide
• From command-line run: git clone https://github.com/eliyahudev/mannix.git
