• extend the documentation of XEN demo at ZCU102 with a Qemu setup
• The PR #11 also includes the commits from #PR10
• 
• While the current PR can apply cleanly, Thomas rebased to only show the qemu changes.
• One point to check is to rename the contents.md to README.md, so that it directly gets rendered by github when you browse the repo.
• AI: Double check with Sudip, if the PR was understandable and can be reproduced in CI.
• Goal: Merge the PR next Monday in case Sudip was able to reproduce based on the provided description.
• Further feedback by working group very welcome.
