Lund Workshop Recap
- Always a few audio issues as virtual, but overall worked good (and better than last workshop)
- Interesting sessions and also the discussions. Onsite experience was good.
- In person was easier to follow than remotely. Discussions offline happened, this is hard to follow. Remotely, you easily loose the discussion thread.
- Room was setup in 2 groups with U shape plus audience in the back. -> Room constraints.
- Check the audience background (where possible upfront) to e.g. skip some intros about functional safety or explicitly add it.
- Could also be something for the intro session.
- Catchbox could be a great addition and create dynamics.
- Poll / Small game created interaction -> Maybe leverage this a bit more day by day, like the word cloud.
- Also for further feedback (e.g. the day after)
- AmA session links very well with introduction and audience expectation.
- More time for discussion was there and the ratio of presentation and discussion was good
- More demos? -> Jan-Simon presented the meta-elisa demo
- More time to talk about topics at the end. Block 2h at the end without the agenda. Or also during the workshop.
- Room for unconference session. (Observe time zones and remote participation.)
Next ELISA Workshop Timing & Location
- EMQ proposes a workshop in Hong Kong.
- Some desire to do something in Korea.
- Nvidia offered to host at West Coast US.
- Pick this up next TSC again
