- Use the Working group meetings to discuss the accomplishments and what to do in 2025 to prepare for the annual update and have the community voice respected.
- Min will take it forward from here to work on the "logistics".
Publishing of results [cont.]
- Idea:
- Have one main github repo as the Index project linking from elisa.tech resource section.
- Have a Github action to create sub-domains for work groups to publish their results
- sub-domains are for free, just need to be created.
- WG leads to approach Min as she can create sub domains for github elisa-tech organisation.
- Index site which links to individual work groups.
- Overarching things like "workshop knowledge base" would be a topic to be directly in the index.
- Things that are published on the index have been subject to the following review guides and criteria applied to the review.
- For Working Group repo pages thre can be own or same criteria to pubish
- Is there an existing reference of existing rules.
- Completeness, correctness and comprehensibilty
- https://www.acm.org/publications/policies
- https://glossary.trustoverip.org/
- Index can also point to md pages directly in the repo.
- Index is the soft landing point for technical content.
- Min has to make the sub domain available and enable github pages in the repo. Paul can assist Philipp to setup the initial repo content. Matt Kelly and Olivier Charrier would be happy to join.
- Meeting to setup github pages on Wednesday January 15th 17:00 CET / 16:00 BST.
- Name of sub domain and repo: "directory".
- (orientation repo should be archived.)
