Notes:

• ahci is a synonym for ahci-hd
• ahci-cd is a slight variation of ahci-hd that uses ATAPI
• ahci on FreeBSD may get stuck for a few seconds after restore
• Linux guests using ahci be frozen for a short while (30-60 seconds) when restored
