How to Uninstall Lich on Windows - elanthia-online/lich-5 GitHub Wiki

In your search bar type programs, which should then give you an option for the Add or remove programs settings page. (See screenshot below)

You can search or you can scroll. I chose to search to keep the screenshot simple. :)

Note: You may have more than one lich installation. Uninstall them all...

Click on Uninstall

Click on Uninstall again

Click on Yes

Wait patiently till the uninstaller finishes

Finally, reboot.
