How to install plugin - ekatrukha/BigTrace GitHub Wiki

To use this plugin you would need to install the latest version of Fiji on your computer first (and update it).

The recommended way to install the plugin in FIJI is to enable update site (https://sites.imagej.net/Ekatrukha/):

• go to Help -> Update and press "Manage update sites" button
• press "Add update site" button and put the following link there https://sites.imagej.net/Ekatrukha/
• tick a check box next to it.

If this method didn't work, try alternative way. Make sure you have BDV installed, it should appear in Plugins-> BigDataViewer.
Download zip file, extract and copy a set of binary jar files from the latest release to the jar folder of FIJI.
