1. Place both code and maps folders into your <cod4>/main_shared/ folder (create if not exist)
2. Place config.cfg into your <cod4>/main/ folder
3. Customise settings in config file to your desire and exec it from your main config file
4. Go to <cod4root>\main_shared\maps\mp\gametypes and delete _teams.gsx, otherwise some maps will not work

Move the demos to <cod4>\Mods\<mod_name>\demos\

Simply open these demos, and all the weapons, camos and perks will be unlocked:
