What is a Calculator?

A calculator is an electronic device that is used for performing mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, exponentials, and finding percentages. For this exercise, we will concentrate on the addition function.

How to add using the Calculator.

1. Press the amber button/key on the calculator and make sure that it's on and has "0" displayed digitally on the screen.
2. Next, press the number "1", followed by the '+' sign and the number "2".
3. This should give you the answer as "3" digitally displayed on the screen.
