The CDR Report in FreePBX stands for Call Detail Records report. It is a detailed log of all calls that pass through your PBX — inbound, outbound, and internal.
A CDR is a record generated for each call that includes details like:

Who called whom

When the call started and ended

Whether it was answered or not

How long the call lasted
-
Which trunk or extension was used
In FreePBX:

Column | Description

Calldate | Date and time the call started
CLID | Caller ID shown to the recipient
Src | Source (calling) number
Dst | Destination (called) number
DID | DID number called (useful for systems with multiple inbound numbers)
App | Application used (e.g., Dial, VoiceMail, Queue)
