The CDR Report in FreePBX stands for Call Detail Records report. It is a detailed log of all calls that pass through your PBX — inbound, outbound, and internal.


📋 What Is a CDR Report?

A CDR is a record generated for each call that includes details like:

  • Who called whom

  • When the call started and ended

  • Whether it was answered or not

  • How long the call lasted

  • Which trunk or extension was used
