The Poem tool

This tool allows you to configure the currently selected poem.

Text

This is the text that is shown inside the poem.

Formatting

Clicking on this button opens the Text tool for the poem text, which allows you to use more advanced formatting.

Auto line wrap?

Automatically wrap lines when they reach the end of the paper.

Poem background

Selects the background of the poem.

• Normal paper: The default paper the game uses.
• Lightly soiled paper: The paper Yuri's third day poem uses.
• Heavily soiled paper: The paper Yuri's forth day poem uses.
• Console: The background the console uses.
• Transparent: No background.

Font

• Sayori / Natsuki / Monika / Yuri / Yuri Act 2 / Yuri Unused: The fonts the respective girls use in their poems
• MC: The font used in the poem game
• Console: The font used in the console

Position/Size

Allows you to move and resize the poem.

Layer

These buttons allow you to move the poem ahead or behind other objects.

⤓

Moves the poem to be behind all other objects.

↓

Moves the poem to be behind the next lower object.

↑

Moves the poem to be ahead of the next higher object.

⤒

Moves the poem to be ahead all other objects.

In front?

Objects that are set as "In front?" will always be above objects that aren't, regardless of what you do with the arrow buttons. This is to keep the characters and sprites by default always behind the UI elements.

Opacity

A value from 0 (fully transparent) to 100 (fully opaque).

Flip

Flips the poem horizontally.

Delete

Deletes the poem.
