Spicy / Sriracha Mayo

Ingredients

• 150 g mayonnaise (plain)
• 20g Sriracha sauce
• 12g gochujang
• 9g chili oil solids
• 1 green onion, minced
• salt, dash
• sesame oil, a bit

"Burger Sauce" / Tangy Mayo

• 110 g or 1/2 cup mayonnaise (plain)
• 17 g or 1 Tbsp ketchup
• 1 Tbsp mustard or 1/2 tsp mustard powder
• 4 slices of pickles, chopped and mashed
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp paprika
• pinch of cayenne pepper
