For dipping, or as a noodle sauce.

For a lot of dip, or noodle mix for 2-3 portions.

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger (minced or grated)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (64g)
  • 4-5 tablespoons hot water (depending on desired consistency)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp sugar (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons chili oil (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce (optional)

Steps

  1. Combine garlic, ginger, PB, and hot water. Loosen and mix.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients.
