Makes 500g of salmon (each Costco frozen fillet is ~250-300g)
Ingredients
- 500g salmon, skin on
- 25g = 1.5 Tbsp honey (or sub maple syrup if you're bougie)
- 25g = 1.5 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 40g = 3 Tbsp EVOO
- 15g = 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/3 tsp salt
Steps
- Combine ingredients to make marinade.
- Marinate, defrosted in refrigerator, for 8-24 hours (up to 3 days?!)
- Put on cast iron or other broiler-safe vessel
- Preheat broiler; cook for 7 minutes (skin-side-down) until lightly browned on top
