Makes 500g of salmon (each Costco frozen fillet is ~250-300g)

Ingredients

  • 500g salmon, skin on
  • 25g = 1.5 Tbsp honey (or sub maple syrup if you're bougie)
  • 25g = 1.5 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 40g = 3 Tbsp EVOO
  • 15g = 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/3 tsp salt

Steps

  1. Combine ingredients to make marinade.
  2. Marinate, defrosted in refrigerator, for 8-24 hours (up to 3 days?!)
  3. Put on cast iron or other broiler-safe vessel
  4. Preheat broiler; cook for 7 minutes (skin-side-down) until lightly browned on top
