From the back of the bottle of Nellie's Key Lime Juice

Makes a 9-in pie

Ingredients

  • One pie crust, graham

Key lime filling:

  • 400 mL sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 118g = 1/2 cup key lime juice

Optional:

  • Whipped cream and lime zest for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Combine sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, and lime juice and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into pie crust
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Let stand 10 minutes, and refrigerate.
  6. Serve with whipped cream and lime zest.
