From the back of the bottle of Nellie's Key Lime Juice
Makes a 9-in pie
Ingredients
- One pie crust, graham
Key lime filling:
- 400 mL sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 118g = 1/2 cup key lime juice
Optional:
- Whipped cream and lime zest for garnish
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Combine sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, and lime juice and blend until smooth.
- Pour into pie crust
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Let stand 10 minutes, and refrigerate.
- Serve with whipped cream and lime zest.
