Enough for 1 lb of meat
Ingredients
- 1/3 c soy sauce
- 2 T cider vinegar (or rice vinegar)
- 2 T Chinese cooking wine
- 1 t sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 T honey
Steps

Combine ingredients, except honey.

Marinate for a couple hours (or even a day or two!) in the fridge, ensuring meat is submerged.

Cook meat accordingly.

Mix honey into leftover marinade.

When the meat has ~5 minutes left, dunk into honey'ed marinade, then cook another 5 minutes, careful not to burn it.
