Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp corn starch
Steps
- Combine egg white, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons shaoxing wine, and 1 tablespoon corn starch in a medium bowl and whisk until homogeneous.
- Add chicken and toss to coat. Let marinate
at room temperaturein the fridge for at least 20 minutes and up to three hours. - Put everything into a preheated pan or wok, and fry until browned & insides cooked. Use highest heat possible.
