Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp corn starch

Steps

  1. Combine egg white, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons shaoxing wine, and 1 tablespoon corn starch in a medium bowl and whisk until homogeneous.
  2. Add chicken and toss to coat. Let marinate at room temperature in the fridge for at least 20 minutes and up to three hours.
  3. Put everything into a preheated pan or wok, and fry until browned & insides cooked. Use highest heat possible.
