Usability Improvements

• #204 Enable Pull for mixed selections containing at least one Git repository
• #185 Add menu item for "simple fetch" for each remote to Remote submenu

• Staging View: open the submodule's repository on double-click
• Add batch project open/close commands in Git Repositories view
