EGit 7.7.0 requires Eclipse 2025-06 (4.36) or newer.

Features

• Auto-fetch can be enabled in git preferences to fetch updates from the default remote or all remotes. Auto-fetch is only run if the application is active and the minimum fetch interval is 5 min to limit the additional load.
• New menu entries allow to open/close all projects of a repository
