1. Install and configure Apache Tomcat 8.x Web Container http://www.dirigible.io/help/setup_tomcat.html

Workbench Perspective

After the successful login the browser will be redirected to the default perspective "Workbench" http://localhost:8080/services/v3/web/ide/index.html
