Richtext edition improvements

Introduction of new toolbar buttons to avoid data lost in description editor

The Refresh button has been added in case of problems of editor loading (e.g. images are not loaded). images/1.4.2/RefreshButton.png

Improve the synchronization between the description editor and element selection

Previously, switching quickly between elements with an opened description editor in property view, the description of an element can be unexpectedly replaced by the description of another element. With this version, we make sure that this use case is properly handled.

REC/RPL fixes

Some bugs related to the instanciation of RPL from library have been fixed

Transition fixes

Some bugs related to the transition of allocated functions, the scenario initialization, etc. have been fixed
