Introduction
The annotate tuple allows the flow designer to provide commentary on a flow that is not specific to a particular event.
Annotations in general are used to 'footnote' a flow. The information in annotations is not displayed directly in the flow, but is added as an appendix to the flow (if the 'notes' flow option selected).
