This is a known issue when the protocol is run on a PSSC cluster.

The general workaround is to increase the number of available slots for jobs by either (a) increasing the number of available nodes or (b) decreasing NPROC in the smrtpipe.rc file, or edit an existing .spec file to set the number of slots in the SGE settings.
