Error codes

Here are come common LightFile error codes

error: 0

sorry someting went wrong on our side and the app cannot recover

the app caught a critical error which it could not recover from

error: 1

This file does not exist!

happens when you try to compress/decompress a file that doesn't exist, make sure there are no speling mistakes

error: 2

This directory does not exists!

happens when file you are trying to access doesn't exists

error: 3

FILENAME is not a directory!

happens when you try to open a file as a directory

error: 4

You do not have permissions to change FILENAME

happens when you try to compress/decompress a file that you do not have permisson to open

try to open lightfile as a administrator

error: 5

could not find translation files!

happens when the files that require the ARDT function to work are either missing or are corrupted

error: 6

could not find the history file!

a harmless error, the app will continue with out it. Just keep in mind that the app will not remember the past filenames and you will have to rename

them after decompression
