Configure LTspice - dspsandbox/Canvas GitHub Wiki

After installing the electronics simulator, it is important to include the Canvas components into the symbols (sym) library. This can be done as follows:

• Open LTspice and start a new schematic. Thereafter, press F2 and the window bellow will appear. The displayed path (inside red rectangle) is the location of the sym directory. You will need it in a moment...

• Go to your Canvas directory. There you will find a subdirectory called LTspice.

• Open the LTspice subdirectory and copy the contained folder (Canvas)...

...into the above found sym directory.

• Restart LTspice, create a new schematic, press F2 and verify that Canvas appears in the symbols (sym) folder.

• LTspice is ready !
