What are the underlying principles for Kalatheme 4?

1. Speed: this is a tool for people who want to get a quick-start on projects.
2. Accessible to beginners: This should be accessible to site-builders who would rather create a subtheme through an admin UI
3. Flexible for advanced users: Give developer power-users great CLI tools
4. Reduce Custom Code: Better leveraging of other open source projects like Radix and the other projects that adapt Drupal to use Bootstrap.
5. Leveraging Client Work: Use Kalamuna (and other) client work to help develop newer/better/faster/stronger features.

Action Items

• Fork the master branch and see how to clarify the tooling --> Thiago
• Try out the stock 4.x branch --> Alec
• Start with Kalatheme 4.x branch, and see how we can make that a subtheme of Radix core
• Find a project champion
