sBitx Disassembly Guide

Follow these steps to safely disassemble your sBitx case when accessing the SD card.

Step 1: Remove Top Screws

Remove the two screws circled in red and loosen the two screws circled in blue on the top of the sBitx case.

Step 2: Remove Bottom Screws

Remove the two screws circled in red and loosen the two screws circled in blue on the bottom of the sBitx case.

Step 3: Separate the Case

Gently pry apart the top and bottom sections of the case. Be careful not to apply excessive force.

Step 4: Rest the Top Section

Once separated, carefully rest the top section on its speaker to prevent damage.

Step 5: Remove the SD Card

Carefully remove the SD card from its slot.

Notes:

• Work on a static-free, stable, and flat surface to prevent damage.
• You may need to support the upright screen area to ensure it does not tip over.
• Store the removed screws in a secure place to avoid losing them.
• If reassembling, reverse these steps in order.
