After installing whatever system you are using. Modify config.txt to contain the following line (before any [any]
[cm4]
or whatever section):
dtparam=uart0
This should allow after reboot to see /dev/ttyAMA0
Connecting to home assistant
Home assistant will probably not recognize the device, so you need to enter the path manually /dev/ttyAMA0
, then click on the device type (deCONZ), and in the next step, modify the baudrate to 38400, leaving the blank choice selected.
After that, home assistant should properly have set up zha.
