Hello, I am writing to confirm that all the added sensors are working.

#4189
There is a strange behavior:
When adding a sensor there are no attributes available, I have to reset it and add it 2-3 times without deleting it for the attributes to appear, then read the attributes to see the battery level.
After this procedure, everything works flawlessly.
My question is, is this the behavior of the sensors or the deconz API?
And is it possible to fix this to be added from the first time like normal sensors?

Updated...
Do not expose state.tampered, they do not physically support it.
