Step 1: Setting - Users

Here, the Setting of the current account is shown. You can browse the account, license and billing information. The User information shows the Action to be performed on the authorized Users.

Select a particular user and click "Edit" for further setup and granting the designated roles (admin / user / Billing User).

Step 2: Settings - License

License information shows the current license registered with the account. The account capabilities such as expiry date, team size and test case limits can also be found in this page. The SaaS license is a web-register license and entitled to try 5 test cases. The OnPerm license is for on premise installation where dedicated system will be deployed to run test cases, the number of test cases in OnPerm license is dependent on the package. You may refer to our product page for more information.

Details of License (SaaS) will be displayed once clicking the menu item. Click "Edit" for further setup i.e. grant the designated roles (admin / viewer / Editor).

2.1 Subscribing to a new plan

To change the subscription package, click "Change Plan"

Choose the desired plan, each plan has different features, with different options in payment schedule and payment currency. Click "Choose Plan" to confirm.

Next, the setup will be directed to a payment page. Simply enter the payment details to go through.

For some payment options requiring further authentication, further step is needed in between, the following shows one example of authentication screen.

Once subscribed, the details of the newly subscribed plan will be shown in this page.

2.2 Change Plan

To change from the existing plan, simply click "Change Plan" from the menu and click "Choose Plan" for the desired plan.

Click "Confirm" to proceed with the payment in new plan.

2.3 Cancellation

Click "Cancel Plan" in case of cancellation.

Click "Confirm" for the cancellation.

Details of License (OnPerm) will be displayed once clicking the menu item.
