Magic
mod: Ars Nouveau + Addons
Ars Nouveau is a magic mod inspired by Ars Magicka that allows players to craft their own spells, create magical artifacts, perform rituals, and much more. Documentation is provided entirely in-game by Patchouli. To get started with this mod, craft the Worn Notebook using a book and 1 Lapis Lazuli. You can also consult the wiki below.
mod: Eidolon
mod: Enigmatic Legacy
Enigmatic Legacy is designed to provide tools that will aid you in exploring seemingly endless reaches of Minecraft's worlds. As well as new resources, powerful gear and ancient relics - to reward you for doing so. Despite revolving around themes of arcane and mystery, Enigmatic Legacy doesn't stray too far away from what vanilla has to offer, instead attempting to expand upon it's mechanics and fill in the holes left open.
That includes, but is not limited to new tools, armor and weapons, dungeon loot, potions, enchantment manipulations, means of inventory management, means of making chunk-sized holes in your world, means of management and new applications to ethereal substance known as experience, 1000th implementation of item magnets, faster and more convenient ways of villager enslavement, and, of course, god-tier gear somewhere around the corners of the endgame.
New advancements will indicate your progress and most significant of your achievements in the mod. Every recipe can be unlocked in recipe book through obtaining one or multiple key ingredients, and most items have Shift-tooltip explaining their purpose, allowing you to learn everything you need to know in-game.

A complete redesign of Minecraft's dungeons!
Better Mineshafts
mod: Better Mineshafts
Dragons!
Dragons and other Mythical creatures in minecraft.
Dimensional Dungeons
mod: Dimensional Dungeons
Dimensional Dungeons adds limitless procedurally generated dungeons to Minecraft! These dungeons are all placed in a single, separate dimension which can be accessed from a portal anywhere on the Overworld. (Such as in your base!) This makes the dungeons themselves renewable and it provides challenging, replayable content. Besides challenges in room design the dungeons are also randomly populated with enemies and worthwhile loot! Many rooms with valuable treasure chests require solving a puzzle that will test your knowledge of Minecraft game mechanics.
The dungeon dimension limits building and block breaking. This allows for a proper adventure mode-like experience on a survival server.
Crops & food
mod: Farmer's Delight + addons
New Lunar events
mod: Enhanced Celestials - Blood, Blue, & Harvest (Super) Moons
Enhanced Celestials is a mod that aims to improve the overall environment of the night by adding lunar events such as Blood moons & Harvest moons!
Blood Moons are a lunar event that cranks up the monster spawn cap as well as preventing the player from sleeping! The mechanics of the blood moon are inspired by the spawn rate increase that occurs in Terraria's Blood Moon.
The harvest moon is a lunar which cranks up both the crop growth rate and crop drop rate!
The blue moon is a lunar event that gives you the luck effect and increases the quality of loot in vanilla loot tables!
Fauna
mod: Alex's Mobs
Alex's Mobs is a Forge mod that adds 84 new mobs to Minecraft. All of these mobs fall into either two categories: most of them are real world creatures, like Grizzly Bears, Roadrunners, Orcas, etc; but some of them are purely fictional, like the Endergade and Bone Serpent. All of these creatures fulfill a necessary purpose, and either have unique drops, mechanics or functions, as there are no purely aesthetic creatures. That said, they also help make some environments in the game feel more alive. The models, textures, animations and AI are all stylistically compatible with the vanilla game's latest additions.

Companions
mod: Human Companions
This mod adds new human companions that can help you on your journey.
- Knight, archer, and arbalist (crossbow) companions
- Find them in the wild by their house
- Give them food to have them join you
- Will fight for you and can carry items (don't recommend storing valuables in them as they die easily)
- Make them follow you or patrol an area
Quick Guide Companions can have different looks. Some are shown here:
They live in a wide variety of biomes in houses like these (plus more!):
- Give them something edible and they might join you as a companion.
- Once they join you, you can access their inventory with right click.
- They have names, but you can rename them with tags.
- Shift+right click to toggle "sit", making them stay in place and not do anything.
- Give them armor and weapons and they will automatically equip the best one in their inventory. They can only use the weapon they spawn with. Archers and arbalists do not need arrows.
- They will follow you around the same way a wolf does. They will attack mobs that hurt you or you hurt, except creepers. They will give a warning if a creeper is nearby and run away.
- Put food in their inventory and they will eat to heal themselves.
- Toggle "Hunt" and "Alert" modes in their inventory to control their behavior.
- Toggle between follow, patrol, and guard states
- Toggle stationery to keep archers and arbalists standing while shooting
- You could do "/locate humancompanions:companion_house" to find a house quickly.
