RAD2 Exclusive Items

These items are custom made for the RAD2 modpack. You won't find them anywhere else!

Big Stick: A Large Two-Handed Wooden Stick with a great reach distance. Its damage increases the more times you deal critical damage with it. It can be bought from the shop for 75 coins.

Enchanter's Hammer: A heavier version of the enchanter's sword. Bigger Damage, Less Attack Speed and can still be inscribed with spells. It can be crafted in the Enchanting Apparatus by looking up the Enchanter's Sword in JEI. The Enchanter's Hammer will also be shown there.

In addition, the dungeoncrawl mod has gotten a major overhaul in rad2 with new floors, enemies and loot! Very rarely in these chests you may find unique affix loot, which often revolve around a specific gimmick to become powerful.

Secret rooms, identified by having an enchanting table and a red-and-black carpet, are guaranteed to have 2 of these items. Other chests have a very small chance of generating one.

When a unique affix loot item is generated, it then chooses from 1 of 7 categories with the following chances when the player has 0 Luck:

Worthless: 0%

Common: 40%

Uncommon: 25%

Rare: 17%

Epic: 12%

Mythic: 6%

Ancient: 0%

These chances are modified by your Luck attribute. Worthless, Common, and Uncommon are less likely to appear with high luck, while Epic, Mythic and Ancient items are more likely to appear.

Negative Luck is the only way to obtain Worthless items, while Positive Luck is the only way to get Ancient items from dungeoncrawl loot.

To manually give yourself one of these items with cheats enabled, you may run the command /loot give @s loot dungeoncrawl:chests/rad2_extra_rare_affix_item/_<rarity>_

_<rarity>_ can be worthless, common, uncommon, rare, epic, mythic, ancient which gives a random item from that rarity. You can also just use dungeoncrawl:chests/rad2_extra_rare_affix_item without the rarity to simulate opening a loot chest with a rad2 affix item, which will be affected by your luck.

Note that some items will still not appear without having certain advancements, like the axe of a billion metals. See the list below for more details.

Items shown in the image are ordered according to the list below from westmost to eastmost, each row indicates a different rarity.

Common: Simple items that aren't that great.

Modifier Remover: A book that can remove the modifier from any item. Useful for items that have no reforge material.

Bracelet of Might: A bracelet with a significant attack damage boost but also a just as significant attack speed reduction. Most useful for weapons with high attack speeds like daggers.

Bracelet of Bracing: A bracelet with high armor bonuses but multiplies your knockback greatly. The downside can be mitigated with the cobalt shield or similar items.

Riot Shield: An aggressive shield for enforcing riots. Breaks through enemy shields and has great knockback when used as a weapon.

Irresistible Cheese: Has famines odium and ambrosia. Holding it you might automatically consume food items without realizing, including itself.

Affix Tome: A simple tome with a tiny amount of bonus stats can can be applied to any piece of equipment.

Donkey's Intelligence: An enchanted saddle that can make donkeys smarter... or is a good source of getting the rare Knowledge of the Ages enchantment.

360-Slow-Scope: A crossbow that slows your fall, handy for shooting foes while in the air. Note that it does not reduce fall damage as you'd expect.

Sled Slammer: A Lead Warhammer with low attack speed but high damage and can slow down foes.

The Untouchable: A pair of outback leggings with improved dodging capabilities.

Weighted Terror: A pair of flint boots with the defense of diamond and improved knockback resistance, however it is heavy and reduces your movement speed when worn.

Naga Fang Dagger: This common dungeon variant has extra critical chance and damage.

Uncommon: Not as bad as commons, often has no penalties for using and a small bonus on top.

Enchanted Garbage: When you disenchant this you will get one of the following enchantments: Mending, Ender Mending, Ameliorated Sharpness, Life Leech, Magical Blade, Fortune, Looting.

Hammer of Wrongeousness: 3 Attack Damage with +200% Damage. Means any flat damage bonuses will be tripled with this, like Strength. A powerful weapon in the wrong hands.

Support Pants: You get no bonuses wearing this, not even armor points. But pets and other players around you will be boosted with Strength 3, Speed 3, and Life Steal Aura 3. Great for summoner players or multiplayer. Drinking a healing potion also greatly heals those around you.

Beetle Rage: This chestplate lets you deal more damage and gain some absorption when attacking.

Amulet of Mana Regen: Artifacts, Magic Damage, Ars Nouveau Mana and more! This curio has it all for all your magical needs.

The Scorch n' Torch: Can burn enemies and deals bonus damage to those on fire. Also it can place torches.

Rare: Now we're talking! These items are fairly strong

Book of Potential: An enchanted book enchanted with a very high level. When you find this in loot, you will always get 3 with the same enchantments.

Tiger's Gambit: An odd die with a bunch of seemingly random stats, useful for a rogue with a variety of weaponry. Defeating an ice and fire dragon too early makes this impossible to obtain until reaching the proper progression point (entering the end). This is a reference to recyclingtiger disliking when players decide to fight dragons even before entering another dimension.

Stats:

  • -0.5 Attack Speed
  • -25% Knockback Resistance
  • +20% Gravity
  • +3 Attack Damage
  • +25% Ranged Damage
  • +25% Magic Damage
  • +15% Paraglider Stamina
  • +0.5 Luck

As a slicer's dice curio it also gives the chance to deal double damage, affected by Luck. Has a similar use case to the Bracelet of Might.

Skullcrusher: This silver mace deals incredible damage to the undead, especially skeletons.

Helm of Darkness: A helmet that makes you completely invisible when worn, and slightly improves your max health.

Sickle of the Battlefarmer: Great critical and cold damage, if you can meet the farming requirement.

Golden Apple Sapling: A rare sapling whose leaves drop golden apples and enchanted golden apples! Does not drop more saplings however.

Epic: Stronger than rares, not much else to say really.

Pacifist's Garbs: Massive +30 Max Health gain, +3 Luck and boosted healing. What's the catch? Oh just a -100% penalty to your attack damage. A useful chestplate for wizards and archers, and with the Ring of Bulk (see Mythic category below)

Shrouded Takedown: A shortbow that zooms in your fov and grants greater damage the further you are from your target. The drops will be teleported to you on a successful takedown.

Extra Corrupted Beacon: Strong Corrupted Beacon that reduces your luck greatly. Useful for obtaining the new Worthless rarity items, or for the high magic damage boost.

Market Barterer: A netherite shovel with a high critical damage stat. It's not that strong, but is in the epic category due to the fact you could put the affix on something stronger. Fun fact: This item, its lore and its "stats" are a reference to the similarly named team fortress 2 unlockable item for the soldier, and the lore specifically to an unfinished capture the flag custom map that tiger was going to make themed around the war between piglins and wither skeletons.

The Signature Move: A dagger that returns to you when thrown and temporarily stops enemies in place.

The Diminisher: A shield that reflects damage back to enemies while also applying weakness.

Mythic: Huge upsides but huge drawbacks.

Full Zatochi: A blindfold with high armor and other vanilla stats, comparable to dragonsteel. You lose out on many modded mechanics however, like paragliding and magic damage. Also it blinds you of course. Better find some sunglasses.

Sword of the Seven Curses: An odd weapon that has -666% attack damage and a bunch of curses. But remember that two negatives equal a positive, if you can lower your attack power into the negatives such as through Weakness, this weapon's damage can even rival even that of dragonsteel!

Serrated Edge: Deals great damage to armoured foes, though its durability runs out quick.

Ring of Bulk: A ring that multiplies your max health by 5! Sounds crazy right? Well there is a drawback, and that is that your defense points drop to 0 when it is worn. A great ring if you have good health regeneration and defensive enchantments.

Ancient: The Final and rarest tier of items.

Ancients can only appear when your Luck attribute is positive. Even then it is very rare.

Glimmering Hope: Simply gives extra luck. No downsides. Due to being a bracelet its practically free luck which is why its in the ancient category.

The Plague-gerizer: A snakeskin helmet that copies all the enchantments and affixes from your currently worn helmet, plus some poison enchantments. It can be useful to give to another player in multiplayer, or disenchant to double your enchantments.

Axe of a billion metals: Provides a massive 60 Attack Damage, strongest weapon in the game! And its unbreakable just like the axe of a thousand metals. However it is also very slow and unwieldy to use, and requires defeating ferrous wroughtnaut to even find in loot.

Mutual Demise: Okay I lied earlier. This, is the strongest weapon in the game, with Infinity attack damage! You heard that right, INFINITY ATTACK DAMAGE. But you may have already guessed just like with some of the other dungeon loot here, there is a catch. A big catch. While it can kill almost any foe in the game in one-hit, it will also instantly kill you as well. Getting to hit the foe in the first place will be difficult due to its low attack speed and the fact you are extremely suspectable to damage. And as a glass sword, you can only use this once before it breaks.

Lich Pact: Once you wear this scroll, you cannot take it off (unless you remove the binding curse on it). It provides an over 6x non-ars magic damage bonus, but also drains your health and reduces your attack damage. It pairs well with the Sword of Seven Curses due to its negative attack damage.

The Bonk: A Skillet with a very high critical chance and damage, and has the unique blessed blade apex enchantment, giving it bonus magic damage.

Worthless: An impossible to find tier worse than common.

The only way to find Worthless items is by having a negative luck value. Currently this is only possible through the Extra Corrupted Beacon and the Bad Luck effect.

Fluctuating Farmtool: A Wooden Hoe with randomized attributes and durability. Even if you get high rolls, it won't last very long and you won't be able to put many great enchantments on it.

Earplugs: This version of the earplugs hides your name tag from other players and when equipped to a mob prevents the mob from seeing other mobs. However it gives no armor value.

Worthless Tome: This tome increases the level of Pestilence's Odium on an item by 1.

The Pumpkin of Gullibility: No curses, seems fine to wear...

Mod: Relics

Wiki: Relics Wiki

Relics is a small mod that adds more than 25 relics to the game (unexpectedly, right?) with unique and useful mechanics that can help both in battles against hordes of monsters and in peaceful farmer or miner life. All relics from this mod are generated in the dungeon appropriate for them: some are generated only in the desert pyramid, others only in the abandoned mine shaft, and some can be found only in the house of the village farmer or hunter.

To repair Relic - place it on top of runic anvil and smash it with runic hammer. Make sure you have some exp for it.

artifacts

Mod: Artifacts

Artifacts is a mod which aims to make exploration more rewarding by adding various powerful items that cannot be crafted.

The items added by this mod can be found in chests in vanilla structures. All artifacts only have a few chests in which they can be found, so go out and explore! Additionally, a new underground campsite structure has been added. Mimics occasionally spawn in these campsites instead of a chests, which are dangerous enemies that attack players that get too close. Mimics always drop a random artifact when killed.

Most of these weapons can be made from the five vanilla tool materials, and each type of weapon has different properties that help with combat in certain situations, such as extended reach, damage bonuses, etc.

Mod: Magical Jewelry

There are four different rarities: Uncommon, Rare, Epic and Legendary. They have different amount of effects on them. Rare, Epic and Legendary have two effects. However Epic and Legendary also get one random Attribute each. Lastly Legendary gets one Legendary Potion Effect.

To get these Rings, Amulets and Bracelets all you have to do is to explore the world to find chest. Legend says that there is a mysterious ring somewhere in the water, maybe someone will be lucky enough to fish it up someday.

Want to upgrade your old jewels to better rarity? Well now you can! Just use a Smithing Table to upgrade to the next tier. Upgrading a jewel resets it's durability.
