Sử dụng trong trường hợp đại lý không truy cập được tài khoản.(Used in case the Reseller can not access the account.)

1. Truy cập đường dẫn http://dotvn.vn/sso/user/forgot-password(Access the path http://dotvn.vn/sso/user/forgot-password)
2. Nhập địa chỉ email của đại lý đã được cung cấp, nhấn Confirm.(Enter the provided email address of the Reseller, click Confirm.)
3. Truy cập vào địa chỉ email của đại lý, click vào link quên mật khẩu.(Access the Reseller's email address, click on the link forgot password.
4. Đổi mật khẩu mới để truy cập hệ thống. (Set new password to access the system.)
