Adamatine Weapons - Now have +2 Enchantment and send targets Reeling on hit
- DC for Chilled debuff is now your spell save DC instead of flat 12
- Cold damage buff is 1d4 instead of 1
- Provided Ray of Frost is now a once per combat bonus action
Gold Wyrmling Staff - Provided Firebolt is now a once per combat bonus action
Incandescent Staff - Provided Firebolt is now a once per combat bonus action
Quickspell Gloves - Effect now useable once per combat instead of short rest
Gemini Gloves - Effect now useable once per combat instead of short rest
Club of Hill Giant Strength - Now properly sets Strength to 21 instead of 19
Ring of Self Immolation - Deals 1 damage instead of 1d4 and usable per combat instead of per short rest
Doom Hammer - Deals an extra 1 Lightning damage
Selune's Spear of Night - Deals an extra 1d4 Radiant damage, and Moonmote can be used each Short Rest
Training Shield - Can be used without Shield Proficiency
Stalker Gloves - Damage is now 1d6, or 3d6 if you have Reliable Talent
Circlet of Psionic Revenge - Now also unlocks the Psychic Rend cantrip and grants the Githyanki War Magic effect to Githyanki wearers. Rarity increased to Very Rare.
Daredevil Gloves - Now give +2 to Melee Spell Attack Rolls (still +1 to Ranged) and doesn't specifically rely on the Threatened Condition
Ring of Elemental Infusion - Different Elemental Infusions on your weapon can now stack together
Boots of Psionic Movement - Now also work with Partial Ilithid Fly, but can only proc once per turn in combat
Robe of Summer - Now also lets you cast Daylight Once per Long Rest.
Gauntlet of the Tyrant - Now adds 1d8 Force to unarmed attacks instead of 1d4
Obsidian Laced Robe - Now has the additional effect Obsidian Armour: You have +1 to Armour Class and Saving Throws as long as you've had Heat within the past turn
Thermodynamaxe - Is now permanently dipped in Fire, and passive changed slightly to "Whenever you deal damage with a melee weapon attack, you gain 2 turns of Heat."

Ring of Mind-Shielding - Has a new effect that gives Advantage on Intelligence saving throws
Cultist Brand - Now has a weapon action that will apply the Absolute's Brand to the wielder
Dark Justiciar Boots - Shadow Step now costs a bonus action instead of an action
The Spectator Eyes - Spells cooldown is now once per combat
Ironwood Club - Damage bonus increased from 1d4 to 1d8
Cap of Curing - Now works with The Whispering Promise, the Ring of Salving, the Boots of Aid and Comfort, Mantle of Inspiration, and the Hellrider's Pride / The Reviving Hands
Ambusher - No longer requires combat to have already started to get the bonus
Bloodguzzler Garb - No longer has once per turn restriction
Killer's Sweetheart - Now also works on non-weapon attack rolls like it says
Cruel Sting - Now will always do 1d4 Poison damage for Drow, increasing to 1d12 against Restrained targets, and Ensnaring Strands can be used once per combat
The Speedy Lightfeet - No longer Medium armor, and now work for any movement speed buffing status being applied and not just Dash
Spellthief - No longer limited to once per short rest
The Blast Pendant - Lightning Blast cooldown is now once per combat, and deals damage for 2x the duration
The Real Sparky Sparkswall - Lightning Aura cooldown is now once per combat, and now does scaling damage like a D12 Cantrip
Candle - Having one in your inventory now unlocks a Candle Dip spell which functions like dipping your weapon in fire
Robe of the Weave - Now has the more powerful Arcane Enchantment +2, heals 1d6 per spell level, and also grants the Spell Resistance passive
Cloth of Authority - Now lets you use Invoke the Black Hand once per short rest, a weaker version of Gortash's Avatar of Tyranny state (resistance instead of immunity, 15 temp hp instead of 150, ability damage /= 4)
Mutilated Carapace - Formless Slaughter bonus is +1d4 instead of +1, and lets you use Unsettling Visage once per short rest
Shelter of Athkatla - Now gives access to weaker versions of Elemental Siphon and Elemental Retort (Resistance instead of immunity, 1d12 instead of 3d8, temporary access to Kereska versions of spells)
Despair of Athkatla - Now lets you summon a Myrmidon (that can be used alongside standard Conjure Elemental)
Handmaiden's Mace - Strength increased to 20, and gives you access to a 1d8 version of Shadow Ambush
Viconia's Priestess Robe - Now gives Born into Darkness and lets you use Shar's Aegeis (which grants Shar's Protection )
Duke Ravenguard's Longsword - Temp HP passive now correctly uses your own Charisma modifier
Tenacity - Now actually counts as the weapon itself doing damage for purposes of other synergies
