This page documents the formatting/naming conventions of the GRNsight project.

Filenames

Filenames in GRNsight, except for well-established exceptions such as README or LICENSE:

• Completely in lowercase
• No spaces
• Use hyphens to separate words Reason for the choice for hyphens is the preference in web technologies for hyphens rather than underscores. Of course other technologies will vary.
